well i hit 228 about two weeks ago. but i have not lost any weight since then , but i have see some changes in tone. i have added cardio to four times a week last week. i have set a goal to run the houston maraton next year. so that i my goal for the next year.

well this morning i weight in at 236 lbs. that is a 19 lbs. loss since i started, that is a start, my goal is to be 200 by next summer, but i think i can reach that goal way before that . we will have to see, i’m loosing about 2-3 lbs. a week, which is not to bad well at least i don’t think is that bad i have met some people that tell me that lost 20lbs in a month. but then after about 3 months or so they gain it back. so i was told by my doctor that 2-3 lbs is a good pace to loose the weight , although i sometime get impatiance about not loosing more weight i now that in the long run, i can keep it off because i worked so hard to loose it .

well since my wife and myself started working out she has lost a total of 46 lbs. and i’m down to 238 lbs as of 9/6/06 . i guess it’s time to start hitting the cardio more and and another day , she does cardio every morning and weights 3 times a week with me . i thought about ordering lipo6x, if anyone out there has tried it i would like to know how is worked for them, or if anyone has any sugestions i always willing to try new things

well it has been a while since my wife and i have been working out . as of yesterday she has lost a total weight of 33 lbs. she is doing cardio in the morning and is going hit the weights harder to start toning up her goals is to loose at least 100 lbs by next summer.

WELL MY WIFE HAD SURGERY ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO AND THE DOCTOR TOLD HER THAT SHE COULD START WORKING OUT 6 WEEKS AFTER SURGERY I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT WE ALWAYS DO EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND THAT IS JUST ONE OF THE MANY THINGS THAT I LOVE ABOUT HER.
