					<description>Very cool post bro ... kids are an exceptionally cool gift and those that don't have them can not understand. Got three myself [13 boy, 9 girl, 7 girl]. 

Get the training in when you can and don't loose track of the diet. It is easy to start eating what is being prepared for the kids, so be careful. That is how I put on over 60 lbs [that I recently took off] over the course of 10-12 years.
