Yo-yo weight without yo-you diet.
I am working out and I have been to the gym a few times each week. I have been checking my weight and it goes up and down because of the muscle gains. I probably need to get my bodyfat checked out by a professional and think about what I need to change in order to see progress. I am assuming that my diet is still not on board yet and that is why I cannot see the progress. The sad part is I feel the muscle working, but I can’t see my muscle. It is hard to think about what I am doing wrong because I am not sure what the problem is now. I hope it is not my sleep habits. I get about 3-4 sleep a night and I really can’t seem to get more than that these days. I should workout out harder so I can be more tired at the end of the day.
