			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">After spending some time recovering from hernia surgery, I needed to get back into shape.  I have worked out most of my adult life and went through peaks and valleys.  This was a valley.  When I went back to work after my long gluttonous recovery, I couldn’t even button my freakin slacks for work.  For a week I had to leave them unbuttoned and use my belt to hold them up.  </font></font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">Started back in the groove with cardio, progressing the intensity to  get acclimated and be certain that I wouldn’t bust a stitch.  I started on the ISSA 4 Weeks to Monster Mass workout program from bb.com.  It looked comprehensive and would get all my muscle groups firing…Progress Pic 1</font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">After that my buddies and I decided to go for the P90X workout and the results have been coming ever since.  Have not taken any fat-burners yet, just Arginine, Creatine, and a good diet.   Next I will be adding in a fat-burner and a better diet.</font></p>
