im trying to gain 20 pounds of mass anyone have any tip?

EAT!!! A LOT!
i gained 10 pounds in 2 months
just have a lot of meals
3 big meals (a lot of protein and carbs)
an 4-5 small meals

chicken breast - grilled chicken or chicken cutlet (grilled is a bit healthier but cutlet tastes better lol)
STEAK!
Burgers (whole wheat buns instead of white bread try to stay away from white bread…or no bun at all)
Fish (any kind of fish is great source of protein)
Pasta (with no sauce - great source of carbs)
for ur small meals have like a yogurt, fruits, granola bars, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, etc.
trust me u eat a lot ull gain weight and GOOD weight like crazy
