Looks like spring is here. My spare time is getting shorter. I still get on here and check out my friends and look at all the progress everyone else is making. I’m going to Destin florida for a month and it would really be nice to find a friend that likes to workout with someone. My motivation is low at the moment but that could change in a heartbeat. I’ll be in florida around april 17th to may 17th. Anybody around Destin that likes to golf or workout, please contact me and we’ll get together when I get there. Thanks BB.com Bruce

Hi Bruce! So glad to see you still on the site! I have been hit and miss, but have made a commitment to come back!!
So, going back to Florida?? Sounds fun! What else is new with you?? How is your fitness and nutrition regime??

Destin… funny my oldest son is going there in a few weeks to work… he does road construction & surveying…
