The weather was bad and I laid around till 7 tonight. I just had to get out and do something. Went to the gymn on a day off and jogged 1 mile. After that I went to about 10 different exercise station and did 5 to 10 reps. I called it a night and looking forward to monday. Chest and Triceps, I’m gonna punish you. :)

warm up and 1 mile jog saturday was 18 seconds better than the last time I did it. Total time was 13:30 compared to 13:48. It was a slow pace and should see alot of improvement in the weeks to come. I don’t want to burn myself out at the new gym. I may change my program around where I’m lifting each body parts 2 times a week instead of 1 time a week. Once a week seems easy and I find myself wanting to lift my favorite parts more often. (everytime I go) I been good and stuck to the plan. (1 time a week) Any comments on if it feels good do it.

I made up my workout that I missed yesterday. I did shoulders & traps on the same night I did Back & Biceps. I feel good but I’m not sold on the ideal of useing the workout tracker. Seems like I’m doing it twice. Once at the gym and the other when I log on here. How many people really like the workout tracker and does it really motivate you or help you in other ways? Other than that its been a pretty good day. I played golf even though it was 35 degree. At least the sun was shining and the wind wasn’t blowing. :)

I missed my workout because my wife fell  and I had to take her to the hospital to get stitches. Looks like today I’ll be being a double workout to catch up. Shoulders & traps, Back & biceps.

tonight was legs. I never had worked on legs other than running years ago. I wasn’t sure if my knees would take it or not. They held up pretty good. on a scale of 1 to 10 I’d say tonight  was a 7. Tomorrow I may change my mind. lol

It feels so GOOD, 1st night back in 5 months and now I’ve got that tight feeling in my arms. I have to wait and see how I feel tomorrow. :)   Chest and Triceps, then a 15 minute jog. Dips to failure is what got me the most. I use the weight assist and did 3 sets to failure.

Even just playing around on my 1st night back lifting, I’m sore. My question is, should I exercise when sore. Maybe light weight? I may go and work on parts that aren’t sore tonight.

1st night in the gym in 4 months. I didn’t realize how much of a set back it was. I just played around to see all the equipment they have. I’m used to my home gym and this is really different. Monday I’ll start my workout routine and keep records of my progress. I’ll update my profile when I get all the figures. I’m ashamed of myself for falling off the wagon. At least I’m going to get back on and ride some more. Later BB.com users
