Well I’m playing alot of golf when I’m not working. Walking on the course for 2 1/2 hrs should count for something. One round of golf is like taking a 3 or 4 mile hike up and down hills. I know I break a sweat before I get to the 4 hole and sweat the rest of the round. Yesterday after walking 18 holes of golf I came home and mowed the yard. That’s only another 40 minutes of pushing a mower. Yeah baby, it feels good. I don’t know if I stay in shape so I can do this or if doing it keeps me in shape. I’ll get back into lifting when I get my rental house finished.
