Friday, February 29th, 2008Question for anyone. If you had a month to do nothing but exercise, How can I get the most out of it? Spend 1 or 2 hours in the morning? Exercise 2 times a day morning and evening? Lift weights and cardio on the same day? I know you can over train but I’m far from that I think. Let me know, I’m leaving april 18 and have 1 month to do all the exercise I can stand. Catch you BB.com ‘er later, Bruce
