Question for anyone. If you had a month to do nothing but exercise, How can I get the most out of it? Spend 1 or 2 hours in the morning? Exercise 2 times a day morning and evening? Lift weights and cardio on the same day? I know you can over train but I’m far from that I think. Let me know, I’m leaving april 18 and have 1 month to do all the exercise I can stand. 3/01/08  I haven’t been posting anything for the last few days. Its getting harder to spend time on here when I have other stuff I need to be doing. I lost my voice for 2 days. I kept on working out and have much to do before my trip takes place. I’ll get back in the swing of things before long. I do have one more question for some people to give me honest answers. (next post)

2/25/08                                    Breakfast

I made a breakfast burrito with egg, turkey bacon, ham and a sprinkle of cheese. Fruit punch to drink. I had 2 pieces of whole wheat toast and jelly later. I have no idea what to eat for dinner. No fast foods for me and I need to go to the store in order to fix something.

 
                      
                          Dinner

I had a small portion of Lasagna and Lemonade to drink.

 
                      
                          Supper

Our last night of class and they had pizza for us. I took my lemonade.

2/24/08                                    Breakfast         

I had a late breakfast and slept well last night. My weight is still coming down. I must be burning more calories than I eat. I still don’t have a handle on clean eating. The best thing I have done is: no more blizzard from the dairy queen on Friday and Saturday nights. No more eating out at fast food places. I need to work on my portion control. I still need to eat more consistent. If Teri reads this post I’d like to thank her for help. Hope I’m not a disappointment with all the help she gave me on BB.com. Now its time for me to fix 2 eggs with 4 pieces of turkey bacon and 2 slices of whole wheat toast with jelly.

 
                      
                          Dinner

½  of a chicken salad wrap sandwich with lemonade to drink. For a snack I had 2 little chocolate donuts. Not sure what I’ll do for supper.

 
                      
                          Supper

1 slice of pizza with lemonade to drink.  Veggie type pizza

2/23/08                        Breakfast

I started off with Fruit punch to drink. 1 Bowl of banana nut cereal with 1 banana added to it. Snack was 2 oranges. For dinner I had 1 slice of left over pizza with Lemonade to drink. Supper was another slice of pizza. The pizza was Chicago style with pepperoni, onions, peppers, ham, tomato and I’m sure there was some cheese in there somewhere. More fruit punch and I had a good workout tonight.

02/20/08                                  Breakfast

3 eggs with 4 pieces of turkey bacon and 1 slice of whole wheat toast and jelly. Lemonade to drink. I went worked from 8 to 12 and come home for Tuna casserole. Dinner was Tuna casserole and lemonade to drink. No snacks or honey buns or cookies. That was for you Teri. Thanks for keeping me straight. Supper: Left over chicken with lemonade to drink.

02/19/08                                  Breakfast

2 bowls of cereal with 1 % milk, Lemonade to drink. Worked on laying tile floor for the 2nd day. I had a lot of activity as far as moving around and getting up and down all day long.

Chicken breast with a small salad. Chicken had to much spices added. Couple little honey buns to tie me over till supper.

 
                      
                          Supper

Tuna Casserole with bean soup. Fruit punch to drink. Had a couple of valentines chocolate before bedtime. I’m bad.

1 bowl of banana nut crunch cereal with 1 % milk. Later for a snack I had a small honey bun.

2 slices of pizza. Small slices but damn good. I was hungry. Lol

Couple of valentines candy and hope to eat chicken. Lemonade to drink. Yep I had chicken breast with corn.

02/17/08                                  Breakfast

I made myself 2 Breakfast Burrito’s. Lemonade to drink while my wife went to Hardee’s. She loses weight doing nothing. If she would only exercise she could really look good. She looks good now at 5’11” but no muscle tone whatsoever.

 
                      
                          Dinner

Wife brought home baked fish with corn on the cob and salad from long john silvers. Lemonade to drink. Handful of nestle crunch candy while watching the races. I slept through most of it.

 
                      
                          Supper

2 bowls of banana nut cereal with a real banana added in.  I’ll drink fruit punch later tonight.
