12/31/07 Breakfast
2 pancakes with syrup, lemonade to drink. Played golf
and had 2 snickers during the round.

Nothing
Supper
Grilled chicken and bowl of corn, Fruit punch and some potato chips.
Now I’m sucking on lemonade, Midnight breakfast. 2 eggs, 4 sausages, 1 biscuit with gravy.

I must not have saved 12/29/07 meals to my blog.
6 pieces of turkey bacon with 1 egg & cheese on toast.
Fruit punch to drink.
Dinner
Green Beans with potato, Creamy Corn and small piece of ham.
Fruit punch to drink.
Snack
5 handful of Carmel popcorn.
Supper
Popcorn shrimp with bake potato and salad. Clam chowder and

I did ok over Christmas. What I gained come off very quickly. I been weighing Sunday morning but I checked during the week just to see how bad I was on my eating. I saw my weight as much as 209 in the morning. I had a wake up call saying I was blowing all the work I been doing. Sunday morning I weighed in at 202 and its not even 2008 yet. I will continue to my goal or even better. I like bb.com as a motivator. Thanks to my friends for their support. I still have alot of work ahead of me, and I feel I can do it. Thanks to all the body builders on here. You to Jester2o

Fruit punch, pasta left over Aubrey’s dinner, 3 Martha Washington squares,
Fruit punch & small piece of cherry cheese cake
Look out for the next 2 days. I just got thru making 2 batches of Banana pudding for the holidays. Wow, to much butter and to much sugar. Maybe that’s the good fat we need in our diet.
