Well I finally got out the scales to see how much weight I put on since my daughter moved back home and I lost my weight room. I was surprised to see only a few pounds added. I either been working to hard or just eating better than I thought. Then again muscle weighs more than fat. Maybe I’m losing some muscle instead of putting on weight. I should get my gym back late december. I can’t hardly wait. I’m ready to start training again. Look out winter, here I come. I see everybody on bb.com is working hard and some of my friends has left us. Maybe they will come back one day.

I’m still here checking on my friends everyday. I’m just not posting anything due to the loss of my home gymn. I hope to get it back before Christmas. Everyone is still doing great from all the progress pictures and blogs I been reading. Keep up the good work. Bruce

I haven’t been posting much do to work. I still check on my friends here on BB.com. I got my rental house done on the inside and people has already moved in. I need a few things done before winter on the outside. Hope to get back to my exercises after this heat breaks and my work slows down. Catch everyone later, Bruce

Well I’m playing alot of golf when I’m not working. Walking on the course for 2 1/2 hrs should count for something. One round of golf is like taking a 3 or 4 mile hike up and down hills. I know I break a sweat before I get to the 4 hole and sweat the rest of the round. Yesterday after walking 18 holes of golf I came home and mowed the yard. That’s only another 40 minutes of pushing a mower. Yeah baby, it feels good. I don’t know if I stay in shape so I can do this or if doing it keeps me in shape. I’ll get back into lifting when I get my rental house finished.

Ok, I got around to posting a few more pictures from my month stay in Destin Florida. I’m still not happy with the results from all the effort I put in. To much key lime pie and eating out at night. Taking my own pictures is getting easier but I still need alot of work on posing to make a good picture that show definition like I want. My goals are changing and its time to get out and play some golf.

Well if anyone read my blogs, they know I been gone for a month. I’m back and now to get everything back in order. Yard needed mowing, Storm did some damage that needed repairing (gutter down) Lightning struck next door and blew the top of a tree out and split half way down to the ground. I had power company come out and check my line coming into the house. Our lights would come and go. We still haven’t unpack our luggage. I’ll get around to posting my results and pictures soon as I can. I’m not as happy as I thought since I missed my weight goal. I’ll need to see pictures before being to hard on myself. I know I messed up on eating the last week there. Key lime pie got the best of me. More later, Bruce

Well the vacation is almost over. Kids come down the last week I’m here and I didn’t get to do everything I wanted on working out. (ate to much junk food too) I manage to get to the gym 3 out of 5 days so its not all bad. I won’t get much exercise driving home. 2 steps foward and 2 steps back. 1st week was great and 2nd week was looking good except for eating. Vacation and company showing up and all the eating out sucks. (eating out) lol I kind of planned a hard workout for the 1st week and easy on the 2nd. I lost weight and felt really good about my workouts. Well tonight I felt bad and started my 3rd week early. I up the cardio to 50 minutes and lifted weights as well. I’m looking forward to monday to get back on track. I’ll post more later and I’m not gonna beat myself up over this, I’m just gonna work harder toward my goal. 2 more weeks left.

Well I’m ending the second week of vacation and it been great. I stuck to my workouts but not doing as well as I should on the eating. I still believe I have lost weight but I believe I lost inches as well. Hopefully the third and fourth week will really kick in there and do me justice. I have gotten back to jogging. I’m looking forward to the end of my goal (time) and see what the results are. I don’t think the scales they have here are correct so I’m not weighing myself of posting my weight each week like I have been doing. More later, Bruce
