Chest, Triceps, and Boxing
I hit it hard this morning after only 4 hours of sleep.
Chest- Incline dumbbell 4setsof6 reps 65lb, flat bench dumbbell 4×10 at 50lb, hammer strength machine 3×8 187lbs, pec deck machine 4×10 at 188lbs. Triceps—Tricep push down pyramid 110×20, 130×15, 150×10, 170lbsx7. Overhead tricep extension 110lbs at 4sets of 10, 4 sets of dips till failure, and then skull crushers 3×8 with 60lbs. I then finished up with 20 minutes of boxing. Great workout. I had alot of agression to get out. I will go to cycling tonight for my cardio.
