Shoulder work
Hit shoulders this morning around five. I completed 3 sets of 40 arm circles with 8 pound weight, 3×15 arnold presses with 25lb weight, pyramid rear delt machine, 3×15 lateral raises with 15lbs, 3×15 front raises with 20lbs, Dumbbell and barbell shrugs 7sets, Upright rows 4×10 with 60lbs, and finished with some external rotation. Once again my left shoulder is weak. I’ve had two surgeries on it but cant get it back to where it was or even equal to my right arm. i’ll hit abs and cycle tomorrow.
