I hit it hard this morning after only 4 hours of sleep.
Chest- Incline dumbbell 4setsof6 reps 65lb, flat bench dumbbell 4×10 at 50lb, hammer strength machine 3×8 187lbs, pec deck machine 4×10 at 188lbs. Triceps—Tricep push down pyramid 110×20, 130×15, 150×10, 170lbsx7. Overhead tricep extension 110lbs at 4sets of 10, 4 sets of dips till failure, and then skull crushers 3×8 with 60lbs. I then finished up with 20 minutes of boxing. Great workout. I had alot of agression to get out. I will go to cycling tonight for my cardio.

Hit shoulders this morning around five. I completed 3 sets of 40 arm circles with 8 pound weight, 3×15 arnold presses with 25lb weight, pyramid rear delt machine, 3×15 lateral raises with 15lbs, 3×15 front raises with 20lbs, Dumbbell and barbell shrugs 7sets, Upright rows 4×10 with 60lbs, and finished with some external rotation. Once again my left shoulder is weak. I’ve had two surgeries on it but cant get it back to where it was or even equal to my right arm. i’ll hit abs and cycle tomorrow.

I’m not a morning person but my discipline and dedication has taken over. I completed 4 sets of 30 dips, 4 sets of pyramiding tricep pushdowns, 4 sets of 100lb overhead rope extensions, lying tricep extensions 4 set of 30lbs for 10 reps, and 4 sets of 25lb front and back over head extension. I then finished up with a great cycling class. I worked my butt off and am trying to get my abs to show a bit more. Sweet summer time is on the way. I began to take Gaspari Novedex, Superpump 250, and Whey protein. It all seems to be increasing my strength and endurance. Feeling great. Job interview tomorrow but I am guessing I shouldn’t wear the tank top.

I hit my legs today. I started with squats but am having trouble because it kills my shoulder (due to past injury) more than my knees. I use squats just to warm up. I then hit leg press and am doing 290lbs for 4 sets of 8. Not too bad for a guy with chicken legs, which I hate. I did sideways lunges with 35lb dumbbells for 4 sets of 12. I then hit my calves. I know I did atleast 7 reps with plenty of weight for me. I have my kid’s names on my calf and would love for them to get bigger. I then did 3 sets of 8 of 130lb leg curls and 3 sets of 10 leg extension with 120lbs. My legs felt great. I am loving the Gaspari SuperPump250. I then hit cycling class for 45 minutes. I forced myself because I shared a blizzard with my little girl last night. The guilt got to me a bit. Eating clean is becoming easier. I see food as a source energy and nutrition rather than tasting delicious. I need to win lottery and buy me a nutritionist that cooks tasty healthy food. Right now I’ll eat tuna out of the can and wash it down with water.
Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.

I tore it up this morning with a killer trap workout. It is my weak point due to some shoulder surgeries. Took class to water park and a couple made comments on how ripped I was. I felt good being in better shape than 16-18 year olds but it is also a good motivation for them.

I hit my triceps this morning for about 30 minutes. i got a great pump in my arms. my veins are coming out and i am loving it. I know it may be counterproductive to gaining weight but love the cycling due to fact that I can’t run. Foot injuries suck. Maybe increased cardio and clean diet will bring out my abs a little more. summer time is here and i cant wait to take the kids to the pool and

I completed the P90x AbripperX program and added ten more minutes of ab work at my local gym. I am using Gaspari Superpump250 and loving it. It gives me increased strength and endurance. My abs are stronger than ever but still hidden under a tight layer of fat. Progress not perfection. I sure am striving for perfection though. I then hit the cycling group that met at 5:15pm. We had a new instructor and I had to push myself a bit harder. The cycling helps me alot due to my foot injury and the lack of ability to run right now. The cycling doesn’t hurt my foot and really works on my cardio better than Long Slow Distance running that I am used to. Because I have loved life, I shall have no sorrow to die I hit chest today hard with 85% intensity. MY mind was a bit off. I inclined 70lb dumbbells for 3 sets of 8, flat dumbbell 70lbs 3 sets of 6, hammer machine 180 for 3 sets of 8, pec machine 196lbs 3 sets of 8, 9 total sets of pushups varied between wide, military, and standard. My chest and arms were swollen and I loved it. No cardio today and felt bad but ate fairly well. I finished my day off by wrestling my 2 1/2 year old girl and 1 year old boy. I won but barely. then I did some pushups with my little girl riding on my back. An extra 30 or so pounds make a big difference. Good all around day mentally, physically, and spiritually.
