40 and Fabulous
January 1, 2007The first moment I picked up a weight, I loved it. I started working out first at a hardcore gym with all the big guys, I was the only girl. I learned alot from these guys, like showing me good form and what to do. And over the years I learned how to eat healthy and clean. I got to learn my body the best at this age, how to control my weight and exercise. The key is alot of aerobics, at least for me I do an hour a day. Whether its tae bo, or the fitness machines at the gym. Then Ill do about 40 minutes of resistance training.
My biggest goal is to enter a contest. Whether I do good or not, at least its something I accomplished.
