May 25th Self Motivation Challenge…I challenge YOU!
Ok, I like to set arbitrary dates to help me give my physique goals a timetable. I don’t do professional competitions, so I make up my own competitions. It keeps me drivin’, if ya know what I mean. I usually set these goals just a few weeks into the future. This time, I invite YOU to join me.
All you have to do is just say that you’ll join me, submit a "before" pic along with your goals (see below) and then by the Challenge date just submit a progress pic. The only thing you win is, hopefully, a better physique and improved health. Maybe at some point we can get a supplement company involved or something.
We should have some rules, however.
1) Pics should be of similar poses, and under similar conditions (lighting, pre/post workout, etc).
2) No steroids or prohormones, or any of that crap. This is about improving your physique AND your health.
hmm…I’m sure there will be a lot more than just two rules
. We’ll all work together to get this better organized. I’m open to suggestions on this, so send them to me! Let’s consider this first Challenge to be a dry run.
Let’s get this thing started.

A concern that I would like to put out there, is diet should come in the form of % ratios of macro nutrients. This should be done so that no matter what your starting point or gender/sex you can personalize the approach to suit your needs. Of course I wouldn’t mind at all know where the sources of macro nutients are coming from. It would be nice if everyone were eating similar foods when possible. With % and ratios we could adjust calories when necessary. Cheers!

How do you upload photos to a blog. I am in for gains. I have real trouble gaining weight, especially lean. So I am going for 7 lbs this month with 5 or 6 being lean. Lot’s of eating. Not getting anywhere yet, but I am sure I will.
Anyway, how do you upload photos to a blog?

**** yeah man, time to cut! I read your blog on Myspace and I couldn’t agree more with everything you said. I’m glad your bot buying into the bullshit, it’s hard to not accept free suppliments and all that. In the end though what would you really be doing? You would have killed every part of yourself that got you here in the first place. I think a lot of people don’t reach their goals because they put their faith in suppliments instead of themselves.

Welp it’s the 25th, I tired to do the best I could to achieve my goals. I feel slightly thinner, I can’t really notice it but the scale says I dropped aroud 4lbs. Anyways I feel stronger, mainly my upper body. My arms feel a bit tighter now. I did lots of pull ups and chin ups and attempted some muscle ups but couldnt. I also did push ups and sits ups. i tried to do some cardio but I never found the energy to do any. Anyways, the main thing I learned about this contest is in order to really stayed focused is to set dates and goals for yourself. Prior to this, i wasn’t to consistent with my training. THANKS MM!
