Let’s Cut to the Chase Here: Time to Get Ripped

I, apparently, decided two days ago that I was going to go on a cut. I mean, that’s when I dropped all carbs, so I guess that’s when I started my cut. I usually don’t let me know what it is that I’m going to do, so I kinda have to just go with the flow. So, I’m on day number two of a cut now all of a sudden.

I’ll be taking progress pics tonight…if any turn out ok, I’ll post ‘em.

I’ve been growing increasingly antsy to go on this cut. I kept holding out…trying to add lean mass, but now it’s time for clarity and vascularity.

    Same here bro! Pass me some of that knowledge on cutting bro. I’ve cut twice and I was unsuccesful both times, don’t know what I’m doing right… I’m very pissed about it. I’ll lose fat but also muscle so I become all soft, instead of lean and hard… Help god Zeus! lol

    You cut out all carbs? What’s your carb cycling schedule look like? Personally I’ve never done no-carb days, just low-low-low-high.

    Teen BB, and DJohnson…I’ll post a full report of everything I do in about a month or so. Right now, I’m just basically cutting carbs and keeping the protein high. If I get massive energy drains, or headaches, I’m going to start carb cycling.

    The carb cycling would be something like Low, Moderate, Moderate, Repeat. And whenI say "Low", I mean low.

    Hey, Red Cobra…I was sent a sign to go on a cut one day while going down the road. Who am I to argue?

    Now that HeyZeus has set the bar with his egg eating demo, I’m hoping someone will rise to the occasion & gulp down a blended 16oz porterhouse. You’re an animal…no doubt…but I’m gonna stay with my Ca PILLS. You answered my question about your idea of "low carb". If I drop below 50g a day, I start snarling at people & having terribly disturbing nightmares. One night, I dreamt I was spotting Carrot Top. Sheer terror.

    hey thats a nice physique i hope to look like that this year.so when you cut how much protein do you take in? how many days do you do it for? and how do you work out with the headaches you get from not eating no carbs?and what kind of carbs do you take in when your packing on more muscle?hit me up peace
