I decided to take 2 weeks off on account of a) my shoulder and b) the fact that I had gotten 2 colds in the span of about 5 weeks. I slept a ****load more than I had been recently and it seemed to help quite a bit. Hopefully I’m over being sick. My shoulder is still bothering me, sadly, but it feels quite a bit better than it did 2 weeks ago. I suspect that I’m still a fairly long way from it being back at 100%, so I’m probably going to take it really easy for the next couple of weeks/months until I feel like it is all healed. Because of that, though, I’ve decided to eliminate certain lifts that I noticed bothered my shoulder more than other ones. Unfortunately one of my favorites had to go for now. =\
Also, I’m still doing light rehab stuff with the shoulder.
…and I noticed that I actually have lost even more weight. 10lbs down from my highest now. I figure I’ll be able to get 5 of that back without much trouble, though, since I started downing protein shakes and eating the other foods I had been previously to gain weight. …not to mention I don’t think it is even possible for me to lose any more weight, lol.
