My first day of cutting

Alright.. I got up this morning and I was already pumped… none of that grogginess oddly, because I only got like 7 hours of sleep last night (probably closer to six), but anyways I checked my posts on here about the Eggs and diet stuff… I then made sure that all my food for today at school for lunch was good and ready, then took out the icebox in the freezer and put it in the lunchbox. Then I got out 3 eggs. I would’ve got oatmeal or something but we don’t have any. I took out a small frying pan and made them one at a time (In case I screwed up the first time, I didn’t want to screw them all up - I’ve never made eggs before). I cracked one open, and poured it onto the pan. I tried to take out the yolk but it didn’t work and I ended up just "stirring up" the egg. Now, I couldn’t take out the yolk because it was everywhere. I figured "Oh well". Also, I was going to eat these normal instead of scrambled, but in my effort to take out the yolk, it got stirred up anyways so I just made them all scrambled. I made all the eggs without a hitch. I didn’t know when they were fully cooked, so I just waited until they looked pretty good. The second one I pulled the yolk out and the third one was like the first one.

After eating my eggs (which were actually pretty good), I decided to go do some jogging. Since I don’t have any "Workout clothes" yet, I just went out with the clothes I had on. I went around about 4 or 5 block before coming back to my house. It was a pretty good session but I only ended up going for like 10 minutes because I was jogging the whole time (no powerwalking or anything), and I have bad cardiovascular strength. For this I have a question - Did I do this right? I just went out jogging and got tired real quick. I’m wondering if for better fat loss I should work more on walking slower but doing powerwalking or something (I get this idea since at the gym, the treadmills and stuff have the "Fat loss zone" and "Cardio zone"s for heartrates, and the fat loss zone is a lower heartrate than the cardio one… I asked about this on the forum and I will change this part of my routine accordingly.

After I got back home, I drank a glass of water, jumped in the shower and then finished getting ready. Then I grabbed my books and my lunchbox and left.

At school I had school breakast but I only ate a little bit of the cereal they had there. I drank some of the milk and all of the orange juice and left for class.

What happened at school up until lunch is unimportant to this topic so I’m just going to skip it… at 11:15 I started getting hungry, and lunch is at 11:35. Pretty good for only a few eggs that didn’t even fill me up good. Normally I’d have like 2 bowls of cereal and some Orange juice before I got full, and even then I’d still get hungry before lunch.

At lunch I grabbed my lunchbox out of my locker and went to lunch. My friends laughed when I pulled out my lunch… I did too. I understand it was weird to bring an unopened can of pears, tuna and an orange for lunch. Hell at my school just bringing your own lunch is pretty unusual. As of yet I don’t know anyone else who has brought their own lunch at all this whole school year.

My lunch was alright but the tuna was hard to eat because my throat was dry. The I ate the orange… the ornage must have dried out a little bit in the lunchbox because the slices on the inside were small and kind of shriveled. I didn’t eat any pears because I wasn’t hungry enough.

After school, I got dropped off at my bus stop like usual, but I noticed that the walk felt unusally laborious, and I feel more tired than usual. I’m asking about this on the forums and will also change my diet/routine accordingly.
