Pain….Who knew I could enjoy it so much.

It is just weird that when I wake up in the morning and feel like I could crawl to the bathroom instead of walking because of being so sore bring a smile to my face. I never thought that by being in pain could bring me pleasure. When I feel soreness in the area that I worked the day before it just makes me so happy. That means I did my job. Funny how things change. A few years a go if I worked out at the gym and woke the next morning to find myself sore and in pain I would have stopped working out for a week or until the soreness went away. Now I am telling myself "Push through it! Work out another muscle group!"

I know that only you guys and gals understand this one.

HELL YEAH! I love the pain. My legs are the only muscle group that still gets super sore like that. I love going into work and limping around the office :) I feel proud. No one else is willing to push there body that far, and I just know Im gonna come back bigger and stronger! Its a badg of honor to me :P

Understand completely, many don’t though, they ask why would you want to do that to yourself? They also never work hard enough to feel it, great job Heather, keep pushin through.
