I need suggestions on some workout music!!!

Ok so I have my I-pod glued to me about two hours a day and pretty much all the music I have on there is for gym purposes. I have herd a million times everything that I have on there and to be honest I am not up with the new stuff that is out so I have no idea what to add. I like to listen to hip hop and pop music but like I said I dont know what is out now that is good. Any ideas would be helpful! Thanks my fellow BBers!

HOW MANY DAMN CALORIES SHOULD I EAT!!!!!!?? I NEED YOUR HELP!!!

I am broke….If I could afford a nutrionist I would pay for one, you bet ya. I am wondering how many calories I should eat a day!?! Currently this is my meal plan.

8:30-The ultimate meal w/ keifer and 1/2 banana

10:30-Organic oatmeal and 15 almonds

12:00-1/2 cup of soy beans and 4 egg whites

1:00-weight lifting for 50 minutes

2:15-1 can of light tuna w/ mixed greens, mustard only

4:00-apple

6:30-quinoa and veggies w/ tofu

This runs me about 1400 calories BEFORE working out and I am gaining weight….shesh! I dont know if I should up my calories because my body wants to hold on to it OR cut them back. I usually get around 100 grms of protein, 43 grms of fat (mostly from the almonds) and 140 of carbs. WHat to do?? I need your help! I would love to loose about 7 pounds and get to my comfort zone again but before I was only eating around 1000 calories.

Today was the day and I did it!!!!!!!!!!

I did 380 on the leg press and asked two guys to be my spotters. I was able to do 3 good presses and was so delighted with myself. I couldnt believe it. Then one of the guys said "oh, I think you can do more!" I was like "I dont think so." I looked at the leg press and visualized myself pressing 400 and BELIEVED it….I then took a deep breathe and said "ok, load it up." He put 405 pounds on and I did 4 count em 4 good presses!!!! I did 405 today and I am in awe of myself! I am so proud. I have absolutely no one to boast about this to except for you guys so there you have it. I am a beast! I am going to continue to do bigger and better! I am limping and I do have to say my left knee is weak…I may not do any cardio as I dont want a injury. Wow, I dont think I have had a better Tuesday!

Have you herd of this product??? I bought and drank this shake last year during the summer months because of a you tube video that I found and was totally sold on this product. I am changing my meal plan a bit because I just cant stand the looks of chicken anymore and to tell you the truth all I eat is oatmeal, chicken, cottage cheese and spinach. My carbs are WAY too low and I just decided that carbs are a good thing (in moderation of course). After adding in a sweet potato after lifting I found that by adding in some good carbs my energy is so much better! I decided last night when I went grocery shopping that I would change somethings and just see what happens. I bought sweet potato, quinoa brown rice and tofu to incorporate with my oatmeal, greek yogurt and cottage cheese. I also went for more varitey as far as veggies go. I got some squash, red onion and zuchinni. I was under the idea that everything had to be green or else! I want color and balance. Last night for dinner I had Quinoa, tofu, squash, beets, zuchinni and wheat berries. It was awesome and so much better and filling than my usual three chicken tenders and spinach. Which by the way gave me the worse gas and made me hungry and unsatisfied as soon as I ate it. My meal stuck with me last night and I didnt even have any cravings before bed like before. When you are on a super low carb diet you crave things you dont normally do, your brain doesnt work and totally on edge. I am not getting ready for a competition so whay be on a competition diet all year? So back to what I was saying before. I bought again (it isnt cheap) The Ultimate Meal and want to get super nurishment so I am going for the gold. Look at what this stuff has in it!!!! I will have it for breakfast with a 1/2 a cup of keifer and a half of a banana. I may even have it after my workout too if I want. I did it during the summer and looked and felt amazing.
