So I want this so damn bad that I am going to start eating meat. It has been a year on my diet and routine and I am just not getting there. Diet is 80% so I need to change it so that I dont have to work my ass off as hard as I am. I have been eating one can of tuna a day and some other things like egg whites and cottage cheese but starting today it will be chicken for me too. No beef or turkey yet but fish and chicken only. I am not a vergitarian for the lable so I could care less that I am not able to call myself one anymore. I cant eat meat because of teh hormones. I break out bad. The only thing that will suck is that I will have to buy organic hormone free meats which = more money on my food. I am ready. Here is the diet for week….
9:30-Full fat cottage cheese and sugar free jam 25 almomds
12:00-1 egg and 4 egg whites
2:00-1 can of tuna w/ mustard only on a bed of spinach
3:30-2oz chicken and steamed veggies
6:30-4oz chicken and steamed veggies
9:00-diet hot coco
