Sick

Tuesday, October 28th, 2008

I am sick. Of course….I started my low carb high protein diet yesterday and BAM, I am sick. I have a sore throat and runny nose. I dont feel like doing anything and I have no energy…What to do? So I work out today and sweat it out or take a day or two off. My weight is back to 122 and I need to continue to loose. I am at a loss here. I dont want to make myself worse. Also, who knew that cough drops had so many damn carbs!!!! What am I suppose to do? This suck, plain and simple. Sorry to be so negitive but damn….I need some advice and MOTIVATION!!!

Cardio Queen

So I didnt want to post on here until I had something positive to say. I am doing great! I have been doing a ton of cardio to get the fat off and I think that it is working. My actual weight is still the same but I feel smaller. I dont care about the scale it’s about how I feel. I do need to take some measurements soon though. I am walking the dogs for 45 minutes, dance class for an hour and then lifting weight 5 days a week for 50 minutes. I am eating around 1500 calories of pretty much protein and good carbs and the results are showing. Now, if I can get my stomach back to where it was going…. If anyone has any suggestions I am open. I hopeyou all are having a great hump day!

Show me RESULTS….

Ok so I am doing much better and the results are slowly happening. Lifting as heavy as I possibly can without hurting myself. I think that this is working….I just have to keep it up this weekend. I am thinking of going on a three day liquid fast. Starting tomorrow. What do you guys think about this. I would like to use this as a cleanse and see if these last two pounds will come off. Will this take away from my muscles or by loosing some weight will they show more? Tell me what you think.
