Sick
Tuesday, October 28th, 2008I am sick. Of course….I started my low carb high protein diet yesterday and BAM, I am sick. I have a sore throat and runny nose. I dont feel like doing anything and I have no energy…What to do? So I work out today and sweat it out or take a day or two off. My weight is back to 122 and I need to continue to loose. I am at a loss here. I dont want to make myself worse. Also, who knew that cough drops had so many damn carbs!!!! What am I suppose to do? This suck, plain and simple. Sorry to be so negitive but damn….I need some advice and MOTIVATION!!!
