Feelin Good Feelin Great!
Wednesday, September 24th, 2008So staying on track is a great feeling! I am doing so well lately and I am loosing. I have been doing a ton of cardio but eating a little more. I had to cut my protein intake I was getting about 150-180 grams a day and I weight 121 pounds. I had to go to the doctor because I missed my period. The doctor said that I was over doing it on deit and exercise and my body wasnt producing the estrogen it need to have a cycle. This is pretty scery stuff for a 27 year old. I was worried because my doctor said that I needed to cut down on the protein and also the exercise. I knew that I could do the protein part (the shakes were making me so bloated you wouldnt believe it). However, I am literally addicted to exercise and when she said that I needed to cut way down on the exercise I about fainted. I did cut down on the protein (100-120 grams now) and stayed the same on exercising and low and behold. I got a visit from my monthly friend! I am sorry if this is too much information but I wonder if this is normal? Have any of you ladies had this happen to you? I have no one to ask around me (no one I know eats/works out the way I do) so here I am again, asking my fellow bodyspacers! I hope you all are having a great hump day.
