I just can’t get it together
Thursday, October 11th, 2007I had an awesome workout today but generally my diet’s all over the shop and I can’t seem to focus.
My goal is to get down to 65kg or until my abs actually show up. I know I’m a chic and this is pretty tricky, but it’s not made any easier by the ppl who are meant to be supporting me thinking I’m mad.
My diet’s shat because I really can’t handle the thought of eating as much meat as I have been. The former vego in me is raging at the moment. I love tofu, but without cooking it, it’s a bit bland to eat day in day out. Some days I just want to eat lots of bread and pasta dripping with olive oil and real butter and never eat a steak or chicken breast again.
I really need someone to team up with to get through this mental plateau.
Argh.
