ive done a shitload of cardio today thanks to MHP DREN!

this stuff just makes you wanna seek and destroy your workout!!

i feel like doin more cardio, or lifting again

i might just do that…i aint got nothin to do today lol

i workout hard *tears open candy bar* i deserve this!

but is it worth it? i ask myself that question. i talked to a guy in mid-cheat mode! he said "i just did a hour of cardio. i deserve this!

i said "thats cool man. but you just pissed away all that cardio just cause you didnt wanna wait for a good meal later"

i know its hard to resist the sweet goodness of a candy bar or a piece of chocolate or whatever it is that makes you happy. i use to work in a chocolate store (godiva). try dieting and working there, i dare you to lol.

but when you just "clocked out" so to speak, dont cram a candy bar down your gullet dude!! save that for a REAL cheat day, you know, when you REALLY deserve it!

 

well, gonna go hit up some cardio!

beef…its whats for dinner (over and over and over again)

I LOVE RED MEAT! i love to eat me some beef man. i think thats my favorite part of dieting. the fact that you can go to the gym, beat the shit out of your body, do tons of cardio, and know that you need to load up on high-grade supplements and eat protein afterwards while you have a good pump. so i get home and eat some red meat and feed not just me, but my muscles. they thank me by growing bigger and bigger!! I AM GONNA MAKE SOME RIGHT NOW!

cardio can be a bitch

i use to be a fan of cardio, but the last few years (really since i stopped playing footbal @ a local junior college) i have dreaded it. not saying i didnt do it occasionally, but not with the same fire as in the past. since i work @ a gym i have really no excuses when i say i cant fit in time to do cardio. lifting weights is easy cause i love doing that, but i needed to amp up my cardio. now im taking a cycling class 3 times a week (trying to haha) and im forcing myself to do 2 hours of cardio A DAY!! so even on my off days, im still bustin my ass! its starting to get easier to get up for it now! i might even dare say i half way enjoy it now!! its all for the better! IM GONNA REACH THE TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN!!
