wiped out man!
been workin so much, i havent found the time to workout
thank god my job keeps me on my feet and allows me to do some stuff lol
i do work at a gym so i dont have too much of an excuse
but i coach high school football and thats a stressful job dealing with kids and their emotions and hormones lol
im hangin in there though
when it lets up a little ill be back on track!
