but is it worth it? i ask myself that question. i talked to a guy in mid-cheat mode! he said "i just did a hour of cardio. i deserve this!
i said "thats cool man. but you just pissed away all that cardio just cause you didnt wanna wait for a good meal later"
i know its hard to resist the sweet goodness of a candy bar or a piece of chocolate or whatever it is that makes you happy. i use to work in a chocolate store (godiva). try dieting and working there, i dare you to lol.
but when you just "clocked out" so to speak, dont cram a candy bar down your gullet dude!! save that for a REAL cheat day, you know, when you REALLY deserve it!
well, gonna go hit up some cardio!
