Tuesday, light leg workout……not normal workout but did something. Wednesday, no workout or jog. Focus! Its not that im busting at the seems with clients, somehow between working with them and research I didn’t get to work out. Let me change that. There’s always time, you make time! Hey one of my client has ms and she works pain or well….. there’s always pain. 21 days to make a habit. I always tell my clients attendence and correct form are the first two objectives for newbes to the gym. DO SOMETHING! Got the nutrien down now the workout plan. Missed 2 days if you count tue. guess ill be working out this weekend! uuuggg.
