pec. deck fly 15, 15, 15, 15
overhead press 15, 15, 8, 6
Lat. raise 15, 15, 15, 15
Skull crushers 15, 15, 15, 15
Tricept push downs 15, 15, 15, 15,
Tri. rope pushdown 15, 15, 15
If ya dont use it, you lose it. Strenght and cardio way down. Walked at 15 incline for 40 min on treadmill than at 0 incline 20min jog. Went for a jog tonight for 2 miles.
