So, Im sitting here thinking how much my life has or has not changed! Six and a half years ago I quiet work to stay home with my new little (ha ha) 8 lb 11oz, baby boy. Gained 60 lbs, lost a few and had my second 8lb 3.4oz, baby boy. Stayed at or about 140 for 3 years and decided that I was going to get in shape! I had given up the ideal of putting both my boys on a work program to fix everything they messed up! LOL
I found my gym membership agreement yesterday, it read 06/05/07. From that date I started working out, eating right, and reading anything related. Found this site in Augest 19, 2007. Started studing for my PT Sept. 5/2007, ran my first 1/2 marathon in Feb. 2008, and got my ACE PT in March 28, 2008. I also got to talk to a few amazing people during this time of embarking in this new world. Thanks Ava, Chicken tuna, Roperson, wallstcuie (expecting) and my first comment from DawnMelanie. And Ooo, I got to train a few awesome people in the last several months.
My baby started school today:(. He barely looked over his shoulders. I spent the day at the doctors. Strep, uugg. So, here I am………
Monday I get to go back to work full time at the gym where I train and will still be taining and learning. I find the more I learn the more I relize I didnt know! I cant wait to take another course. And Once again I will have to decide what do I really want to accomplish from my training. I realisticly can not compete (phy.) until I have a tummy tuck (notice I never show my tummy) and admon. muscle repaired. I would like to do the WTF and marthons. But if I never do any of that mostly I hope my boys are strong minded, dream big and reach for the stars and Im there to guild them in the right direction.

Started lifing free weights tonight. I cant believe how weak I am. Has it been that long. Back/Shoulders/Biceps
Friday, will be Chest/Triceps..focus on triceps. Havent gotten the muscle recovery yet but have a definite decision. Now to decide on the whey protein. I dont think I will get the high cal. like I first thought. i can always add pb. may need to add two extra weaks to my goal for trial and error.

I think I’ve decided on Controlled Labs Purple Wraath for muscle recovery and build and Labrada Lean body mass 60. After surfing though different bb sites. Need to reseach alittle more and get in my head that yes its gona hurt! Train for 8 weeks and see what happens. In my mind little obstacles are popping up but I can deal with that. I still plan to do alot of cardio is why I picked the protein.

Trying to decide what to use, so many choices? I want to build muscle without taking lots of supp. in aday. Just want something to help after hard workouts to build and repair. I get most of my protein in meat and egg whites. I do use whey protein (walmart). I do alot of cardio and can thin out bf quick. I know I need to slow down to bulk up but I love it. There comes in the whey. O, I love supreme bars, Original! ummm! So, I dont want to look like a bb but who like the curves in mucles. Starting heavy workouts this week.

5′6", 128 lbs, up to 7mile jogs,… sometimes think Im invincible! There’s a difference in being brave and just plain stupid! And this is what kills me, I hate having to govern when and where I run, or cant ride my bike alone! I use to guard inmates. At a prison! At the state prison!
The other day after my 4.7 jog, the one I had to cut short because one of my dogs doesn’t have adequate bf to go the distance (previously owned by another) and the other one (7 month puppy 60+lbs) who has a sore on his paw, decided I would finish up with a 5 mile bike ride!
My husband pointed out that riding my bike on a Friday night down a major hwy with drunks yelling to come here Baba probley wasnt one of my brighter ideals. "I agree, your right. I was wrong but you know how I am and baba thanks for coming to get me!!!"

Last two days, didnt stick with the clean eating. Three slices of pizza, but did the cardio. 17 mile bike one morning, and that afternoon 4.7 mile jog and 5 mile bike ride. No weight training. Not quite the plan but im getting better at it. Took Sunday off cardio. I did clean all day though. Still not drinking enough water.

Got all my meals in, not enough water though. Always feel full when I start eating like I should. The right stuff! No weight training today but cardio was 11 miles on bike.

Chest Press, Fly, overhead press, laterial raise, pulldowns, row, low back, arm extension, arm curl, abd. 3sets. 15s. Came home and jogged 7 miles for my cardio today. So far all meals plus one cheat bowl of ceral. Hear comes the hunger pains, carb sensitive. Need them to run but carbs i think spike my insulin and makes me hungry or i could just be crazy. Two more meals and another cardio hour this afternoon should do me today. I told Risat she could have those 7 lbs, so I got to step it up!!LOL:) hummmm, I wonder if I should tell her its fat and not muscle.

 So, back on my clean eating and workout since my last pic. The pics dont lie and by the way little kids dont lie either!:) Just started riding my bike again, forgot how much fun it can be. Still like the jogging better but its fun to switch up. Still training clients so im stuggling with my time managment and apperently my spelling:) im not fixen it!

So, I started off on my 7 mile jog, my two dogs and me! i love to jog and recently enjoying cycling. I get to my turn- around spot (I have several routeas) and head for home. For some reason coming up to a bridge i decide to take off my ear plugs or maybe one of my dogs pulled me. I look down and 4 black butterballs struggle up the hill toward me. I had to go down to them. Guess who got to carry them home 3miles! I hate when people throw away baby animals unable to care for them selves! Fleas and all, be responsable for your own pets peoples!!!! The 4 puppies got a new home today with some really great people who take in animals and place them in homes! We only had them for six hours! ..Now, if we could do that with our children around the world who are abodoned and abused!:( Note to self, Dont take off your ear plugs tomorrow!

Tuesday, light leg workout……not normal workout but did something. Wednesday, no workout or jog. Focus! Its not that im busting at the seems with clients, somehow between working with them and research I didn’t get to work out. Let me change that. There’s always time, you make time! Hey one of my client has ms and she works pain or well….. there’s always pain. 21 days to make a habit. I always tell my clients attendence and correct form are the first two objectives for newbes to the gym. DO SOMETHING! Got the nutrien down now the workout plan. Missed 2 days if you count tue. guess ill be working out this weekend! uuuggg.
