What happened? Ok I think I know.
September 12, 2007So I took the picture in my profile a while ago and back then I started to notice a six-pack coming and that put a smile in my face.
But then, a few weeks later I started to notice I was getting fatter (my guess was that it was due to drinking protein shakes and decreasing my cardio routine to once every two weeks).
I guess my question is…can I do both bulk up and work on a six-pack or should I take it in steps, bulk up and then work on loosing weight. Any comments are much appreciated.
