Feelin sorta barfy after last nights GIRLS Partay, I coulda stayed in bed and slept til noon.
...but I didnt.

4 sets Pullups 5 wide/5 prone/5 narrow grip
20 min Treadmill warmup
BACK Superset...Bent Over Row 30/35/40/25 with Cable Row 110/110/100/100
BICEP Superset...DB Curls 15/20/20/15 with Preacher Curls 20/20/15/15
B&B Superset...Wide Lat Pulls 90/90/70/70 with Conc Curls 4 sets 12lbs
Narrow Grip Pulldowns...4 sets 90lbs
And Presto Magico, after this KILLA hour, I felt GREAT! What a fun way to shake a hangover!
Its my usual moves for Back/Bi day...but I did something different...I supersetted 2 Back moves then 2 Bi moves instead of the usual half and half. It was intense and I had to drop my weight by the last mixed sets. The effect was much harder and Im feeling the burn as I write this 8 hours later. Always respect the mix up.
As for the party last night...place a gang of crazy biitches in a room...UNSUPERVISED...with adult beverages, dance tunes blarin, and my bartending skillz...and we cut loose a wee bit

no chance for me to do that lavona,a skinful and no chance,couldnt even lift the toilet seat!
