Well...I survived the weekend without getting arrested. Which is no reflection of my behavior...much more of an indication of my steathness. 
The sun shon bright all weekend and got this sunshine girl on the beach. Not exactly bikini temps, but Im no complainer...and I still managed to get sandy and some rays. Combined with miles and miles of walking, exploring, laughing and great fun, this get out of jail free weekend has been just what I needed.
Oh but wait!...I got reaquainted with the sweet hotel gym, too...Leg day.
Seenin as the rendezvous with my BB friend, fitforlife42 IS goin down tonight, I did a run thru of the workout he masterminded for me. And I gotta say...its feeling a bit pansey now that Im back in the swing of things...so what the hell, I opted for the stairs after the workout. Meh, Im only on the 21st floor [Wicked Grin].
The rain returneth today so Im glad I got the outdoor sights in. Sure its expensive here...and well, yes its a freakin city...but, Hey, Im the Optimist remember...where ever I am...THATS where life's got it goin on. PS
i have that steathness thing going on as well,and i love it when the sun is shoning too! what colour snorkel do you prefer? i had a snorkel once,hit a cat with it! it was yellow,the cat,not the snorkel,the snorkel was blue! the cat was yellow because i poured paint over it,i was only four at the time.love cats,ok,i will stop now as its time for my appointment!

Yea I love Vancouver! But then again, never lived there, haha. I'm getting good vibes from this trip report! Will we be hearing about a tiger in your hotel room a la 'The Hangover' soon? Keep having fun!
Your building would make for some great workouts with all those stairs. I just blogged about how I did 30 flights for an evening workout in my home today.
Sometimes just reading your blog brightens up my day, doesn't even need to be sunny, thanks and carry on young lady. Oh, it's 80+ with bright sunshine today in North Carolina.
