2 Weeks In
OK I was going to try and blog once a week but I didnt get it done last week. So as of Monday I have been following Micael Elias’ plan for 2 full weeks and I am very happy with the results so far. In the first week I lost 4.5lbs and then followed that up with 2lbs this week for a total of 6.5lbs so far. It is a twelve week program and I am pumped to see what the outcome will be after 12 weeks. I have been working out much harder with his weight training then I was with my own program, monitering what I am eating much more closely and doing cardio which is somthing I would not have been doing on my own yet. When I started in aug I could not even walk on the treadmill for 2 mins I was out of breath, my back and legs hurt. When I started the Program two weeks ago Michael had me walking 20 mins a day mon thru sat. This week I have been adding a min everyday and am up to 29 mins today and 30 tommorow where I will stop for a while. At the end of the month I will share the differences in messurments from the biggining of the program till now and from day 1 four months ago and now thatnks for checking out the blog.

heathershubby - Great work man! I love that you are sticking to it and making gains on your daily times and are all the way up to 30 minutes from 2 that has to feel so good. It’s so cool to see your posts on here and see how your making progress each day. Keep on keeping on

Great job sticking with it. Progress is progress. 1 minute more/day will REALLY add up over time! Keep at it!

When I read your story I was really moved. What a trama to go through with your little girl. I was most pleased to hear about how God used the situation to increase your faith and give you a reason to look at your life. What a blessing in disguise. I pray your little one is doing well and I’ll be praying for you as you work hard to meet your goals. Thanks for being inspirational to me, you’ve encouraged me to work harder and appreciate the life the Lord has given me. Great job and keep working hard!!
