i think that the warmer weather we have been getting lately has finally kicked me into workout mode. lol. finally stepping up my workouts. i feel AMAZING. this whole past week i went to the gym no matter what . i got off of work @ 9pm the other night i was at the gym until 11. i was very proud of myself. i’ve really been killin t on cardio. which i have pretty uch been skipping out on all summer. if i keep this up i will be able to post new pics. pretty soon. YAY!

i started a new gym about 3 weeks ago. i was in there this morning. the owner( who is pretty ripped) was like " where did you get your workout?" i just said " here and there. magazines and what not." then he said " its petty agressive" i was like thanks. i just thought it was kind of cool. the trainer there asked me if i have been lifting fr a long time, because i looked like i had been. it makes me just want to work even harder. after only 3weeks of being back in the gym after about 3 months of doing only cardio i think those are some sweet comments to be getting.

well tomorrow i will be a week that i have been on this diet. i dont know if it is this that is aking me soo irritable or not, bt i HATE it its so bad. im frustrated about being so frustrated. its very lame. my boyfriend is getting upset because i keep biting his head off. im not normally like this. i lookded up side affectss of keto. and guess what this was one of them. last night my man said" you should start eating carbs again " i hought it was a little funny, but at the same time i knew how badly i was irritating him. poor thing.
on th eup side i am seeing small changes already, just water, but still enough to keep me motivated. hopefully the bad stuff willpass and i will just be left with a nice slim physique. thanks for listening:)

so i decided to start ont he keto diet. i wont actually begin until next wed. (oct. 1st). im kindof excited to try somethingnew. i hope to see good results. ive never done anything low carb. i usually load up on crbs n the morning( oat meal!!). ill miss it, but i think i can do it. i dont think im going to try any new suppliments right away. i havent gotten any really good feedback on the ones i was thinking of taking( ht rox extreme or hydroxycut). maybe i will do that later.

i moved into my new apartment yesterday. the closest gym COSTS $10 per workout! i cant afford that i work at dairy queen!lol. there is another gym nearby , bt all it has are elipticals! thats it. so yea i guess im gonna be doing a lot of cardio for a while.
