well u can see that in my bodyspace i have lost some pounds. it has took a long time and honestly i want tryen to loose the weight. what i mean is i ate right and all but i didnt rele exercise all that much. so if u want to lose weight it is all in ur diet. plain and simple. i ate 2 pieces of pizza and i ‘m drinkin a coke now. i might have a half a coke some days but thats usually it. if u have any questions just hit me up. i would be glad to hear from u and see what u have to say. also if u would comment on my transformation it would be kool 2.Â

i guess i need to explain a few things to u all. i took off my pics cause i got real sick and i knew i would be away from the computer for a while to manage everything. there was a few of u all that thought i took them off on count of a certain comment but no, i just got sick and wasnt able to manage everything on here. i am better now and hopefully u will c more of me on here. for the past few months i have been real sick. i found out im anemic and if u dont kno what that is then just pm me if ur concerned. its not real serious now. i have also one more problem and that is i am now lactose intolerent so now i cant even drink my protein shakes which suck. i dont think i will be headed back to the gym for at least maybe about a week so i would appreciate all of ur support while im goin through this hard time. it could be a lot worse but i try and not think about that. if anyone has any comments please let me kno. i appreciate everything u guys help me out with and i am lookin forward to workin out again

this workout was cool. i was goin to work triceps but i was shaking so i didn’t get to it. i figured i have a lot of time to improve. i worked my triceps anyway so that was good. it was kind of an easy day. i have had heavier days. i probably won’t be sore in the morning even know i was shaking. over all i like today. i didn’t do cardio but im happy the way everything went

i liked this workout and for the first time in a week i didn’t get sick so that’s awsome. this was a much harder workout and when i finished it felt like a actually accomplished something.

i didn’t workout today. i got sick again. but i will have to work out twice as hard sunday. i don’t know what’s wrong with my stomach but i hope it goes away. maybe i have a virus or something

i was going to do squats but i got sick at my stomach. i have been doing that lately and i don’t know why. i never did that before. ever since i started back i have been sick during and after lifting.

This week has went really good. I started training again Monday after a huge break. I feel better than ever. Before i just felt lousy and tired all the time. i think this time i will be able to succeed. i am still sore from monday’s workout. not sure if thats good or not. today is leg day for me. im lookin forward to it
