started creatine this week.been playing basketball on sundays mondays thursdays and saturdays.

still don’t have the motivation to hit the cardio and cut back on my eating .

HAVEN’T BEEN ON HERE IN A WHILE.Just been busy playing in two different basketball leagues.
I have been lifting between the two though.
Still need to lose my gut,but CAN’T seem to get my eating under control.?

worked out tonight ,legs and back.Had a good workout.Added weight to all my lifts!also lifted last night ,chest and arms.,good workout there too!I’m a little sore but that’s a good thing ,right?

started lifting again and man am I sore.
did chest and arms.
is this a decent workout!for bench? 135×10 and 185 x 10 for warmup.
then 225 x 5 five sets.

did chest and arms tonight.
did 135 10 times and 185 10 times for warm-up’s.
then did 225 x 5 five times then butterflies.
3 sets for triceps and then biceps.already feeling sore since I haven’t lifted since April!

Been doing alot of cardio with basketball on tuesday’s and softball on wed. and thursday’s. Now to just cut back on the eating and start lifting again! Wish me luck!

Started out lifting in my parents basement,then i bought the weightroom! A 12 by 20 metal building.I have over 1200 pounds of total weights. My weightroom consists of a squat rack,high and low pulley cable machine,seated calf raise station,bench,hyperextension bench,preacher bench,and a few dumbbells.
Lift hard or go home!

It’s time to get in shape. How many times have I said that?Too many!! Maybe this time I can do it.Only time will tell,but I’m ready to start.Going to satrt lifting weights again.Hopefully get into cardio.
