Been long time writing.I’ve been playing basketball on thursdays and sundays.LIFTING on mondays regular and wednesday and friday ,not very motivated.In short my goals are not being met! Wish me luck that I can find the motivation to get in better shape!thanks!

Starting back.

started back lifting after 5 month layoff. Don’t lift during softball season,can’t get motivated during pretty weather either.Lifted chest and arm’s Monday and I’m really sore.Got to hate that sore feeling when you start back.

motivation

HAVEN’T BEEN ON HERE IN A WHILE.Just been busy playing in two different basketball leagues.

I have been lifting between the two though.

Still need to lose my gut,but CAN’T seem to get my eating under control.?

workout

worked out tonight ,legs and back.Had a good workout.Added weight to all my lifts!also lifted last night ,chest and arms.,good workout there too!I’m a little sore but that’s a good thing ,right?

started lifting again and man am I sore.

did chest and arms.

is this a decent workout!for bench? 135×10 and 185 x 10 for warmup.

then 225 x 5 five sets.

did chest and arms tonight.

did 135 10 times and 185 10 times for warm-up’s.

then did 225 x 5 five times then butterflies.

3 sets for triceps and then biceps.already feeling sore since I haven’t lifted since April!

Lose weight

Been doing alot of cardio with basketball on tuesday’s and softball on wed. and thursday’s. Now to just cut back on the eating and start lifting again! Wish me luck!
