Wednesday 6/11/08 - 4 1/2 weeks to INBF Capital City Naturals

The purpose of this nutrition regimen is to replenish my glycogen depleted muscles with carbs so that I look fuller and more tone on stage for this weekends show.  After weeks and weeks of working out with 150 or less carbs, they are looking to get replenished.  Simultaneously I deplete my self of sodium and water giving me a even leaner, dryer look on stage.  This is done my eliminating as much sodium as possible.  Today I will drink as much as 5 gallons of water and take 99mg of potassium every other hour to keep the water and electrolites in my muscles.  I have to admit, I am looking forward to all the food. 

Training: None

Nutrition: Starting the fill up and dry out process for this weekends show.

1:30am - 2 Myo D, 1 CLA, 6 BCAA 4500

4:00am - 99mg Potassium

5:00am - 1 Scoop VP2, 100g potato, vegetables, (Carrots, mushroom, brocolli)

6:00am - 1 Scoop VP2, Vegetables, 5g creatine, 1g Vit C, 500mg Vit B6, Sans Shredded(R), 99mg Potassium

7:00am - 1 Scoop VP2, 100g potato, 5g Creatine

8:00am - 1 Scoop VP2, Vegetables, 99mg Potassium

9:00am - Nytro Pro 40, Vegetables

10:00am - 1 Scoop VP2, 100g potato, vegetables, (Carrots, mushroom, brocolli),15g GL3

12:00pm - 2.5 oz Chicken Breast, Vegetables, 100g Potato, 99mg Potassium,

2:00pm - Nytro Pro 40, vegetables, 99mg Potassium

4:00pm - 1 Scoop VP2, 100g potato, 5g Creatine, 99mg Potassium, 7 Sans Tight(R), 1g Vit C, 500mg Vit B6, 1 CLA

5:00pm - Just completed 3 gallons of water.

6:00pm - 1 Scoop VP2, vegetables, 99mg Potassium

8:00pm - 2.5 oz chicken, bowl of vegetables, 100g potato, 99mg potassium, completed my fourth gallon of water.

10:00pm - Nytro Pro 40, bowl of Vegetables, 5g Creatine, 99mg Potassium,

Totals: Calories - 2392, 348g Pro, 230g Carb, 14.5g fat

Little Extras - I practiced my posing at 8:00am with Dianna my client doing the show this weekend as well.  I held each pose for 40 seconds and returned to the relaxed pose for 40 seconds between poses.  I will pose each morning for about 30 minutes and get pictures as I try out this new dry out process.

I slathered on a good coating of moisturizing oil after my shower tonight, then followed that up with a coating of SUN (R) Extreme Dark Sunless tanning lotion when I got home.  When the night was over, I had consumed about 4 1/2 gallons of water.  I literally was peeing all night.

Cardio:  I taught my usual step aerobics class at 6:00pm tonight.  It felt good to move a little.  We did the workout outside so I was able to work up a little sweat and make myself thirsty.  That is a good thing when the water intake today is unlimited.
