Wednesday 5/21/08 - 7 1/2 weeks from INBF Capital City Naturals

Got a bit of a late start this morning.  I was up at the same time as usual, but I wanted to take the extra time to shower up and put a good coat of moistrizing oil on.  Once I hit the gym and Tom and I started training though, it was crazy.  I watched a few videos on youtube of people doing heavy squats to get the motivation up before working out.  It affected me positively.  I am only 5 lbs off of my all time record on squats and I did 2 sets of five.  Then I managed a set of 6 for an all time record on my lunges as well.  I guess the extra motivation did the trick!!

Training: Legs and Calves

Squats - 330lbs 2×5  - Last week 325×5

Lunges 235lbs and 240lbs  - 2 x 6 Last week 235 x 5

Stiff Leg Dead lifts - 340lbs 2×5 - Last week 335lbs x 6

Calf Raises - 412lbs 1×8 and 1×7 - Last week used the leg Press

Nutrition: All pre and post workout meal on time.  Just a little later than usual.

1:30am - 6 BCAA 4500

4:30am - 1 Xocai Chocolate Power Square, 2 dymetadrine Extreme

5:15am - 1 Scoop VP2, 1/2 Scoop Creatine HSC, 2g Micronized Creatine, 5g GL3, 2 BetaX

7:00am - 1 Scoop VP2, 1/2 Scoop Creatine HSC, 2g Micronized Creatine

7:30am - 1 cup egg beaters, 2.1oz red potato

8:00am - NytroPro 40, 2 Caps Myo-D, 1 Cap CLA

10:00am - 1 Scoop VP2, 1/2 cup pure pumpkin with Splenda, Caffeine free tea

12:00pm - 1 cup Trader Joes Nonfat Cottage Cheese

1:50pm - 2 large carrotts, 5oz chicken, salse, butterspray, large bowl of lettuce and low carb wrap.

3:30pm - 1/2 Nytro Pro, 2 Dymetadrin, 1 CLA, 2 Beta X

5:15pm - Oatmeal Pancake and 1/2 Cap Xocai Healthy Chocolate Syrup

7:00pm - 1 cup Trader Joes Nonfat Cottage Cheese, 1 scoop VP2

9:00pm - 2 large Carrots, Large bowl CA blend Veggies, 5oz Chicken, 2 Myo D, 1 CLA, 5g GABA

Totals:  1829 Calories, 300g Pro, 157.5g Carb, 17g Fat

Cardio: We had a good Step Aerobics Class tonight.  I preceeded and followed the class with 1/2 mile runs on my treadmills.  I did some P.M. on them, lubed all the decks and adjusted the running belts.  So I ran 1/2 a mile on them all about 7 mph to test them out.

Extras: As I mentioned this morning I applied a liberal amount of moisturizing oil after the shower this morning which is one of my daily goals.  I want to keep applying moisturizing lotion or oil to my skin every day.  I also tanned this afternoon before picking up my son.
