Thursday 5/29/08 - 6 1/2 weeks to INBF Capital City Naturals
My disposition was much better this morning. I gave myself a little pep-talk before getting to the gym and got a good warm and prayer time in before the workout. No training parnter, no clients, no business so I just took my time with this mornings workout. The gym was fairly busy this morning so I had lots of help which is always nice. I used the extra time and got a little more arm work in as well. The elbows were sore, but not too bad. My right butt cheek is still pinching me a little, but it is healing up I can tell

Cardio: I did my indoor trithlon this evening and set a new record

Little Extras: I got a good 25 minutes of tanning in tonight, but I covered call at the Hospital and got called in to Xray an elbow. As a result I did not get to practice my posing. I also did not take my GABA as it makes me sleep too good. That is a bad thing when on call. I took my EFAs with my Amino Acids at 1:00am
