My disposition was much better this morning.  I gave myself a little pep-talk before getting to the gym and got a good warm and prayer time in before the workout.  No training parnter, no clients, no business so I just took my time with this mornings workout.  The gym was fairly busy this morning so I had lots of help which is always nice.  I used the extra time and got a little more arm work in as well.  The elbows were sore, but not too bad.  My right butt cheek is still pinching me a little, but it is healing up I can tell 

Training:Biceps and Triceps

Reverse grip pull ups:  77.5lbs 1×8, 1×6 reps: Last week 77.5lbs 2 x 6

Barbell Curls: 135lbs 1 x 5, 1 x 6: Last week 135lbs 2 x 5 reps

Triceps Cable Press downs: 137.5lbs 1 x 6, 1 x 5: Last week 137.5lbs 2 x 5 reps

Supine Tricep Extension:Used a Dumbbell today 100lbs 2×6: Last week 110lbs 2 x 5 reps

Dumbbell kickbacks: 30lbs 1 x 15

Dumbbell Preacher curls; 35lbs 1  x 15

Nutrition: All pre and post workout meal on time.

1:30am - 6 BCAA 4500

4:30am - 1 Xocai Chocolate Power Square, 2 dymetadrine Extreme

5:15am - 1 Scoop VP2, 1/2 Scoop Creatine HSC, 2g Micronized Creatine, 5g GL3, 2 BetaX

7:00am - 1 Scoop VP2, 1/2 Scoop Creatine HSC, 2g Micronized Creatine

7:30am - 1 cup egg beaters, 2.1oz red potato

8:00am - NytroPro 40, 2 Caps Myo-D, 1 Cap CLA

10:00am - 1 Scoop VP2, 1/2 cup pure pumpkin with Splenda, 5g Creatine

11:45am - 1/2 cup trader joes nonfat greek yogurt, 1 scoop VP2

2:00pm - 5 oz brocolli, 5 oz chicken, Salsa, butter spray, black coffee

3:30pm - 1/2 Nytro Pro, 2 DX, Black Coffee, 1 CLA, 3 BCAA

5:15pm - Oatmeal pancake and 1/2 cap Xocai Healthy Chocolate Syrup

7:00pm - 1 cup Trader Joes Nonfat Cottage Cheese

9:15pm - 5 oz Chicken, 5oz brocolli, Salsa, butter spray, 5g creatine

Totals: Calories 1759 - 293g Pro - 147.5g carb - 14.5g fat - 24g fiber

Cardio: I did my indoor trithlon this evening and set a new record

PreCor Treadmill 5 minutes - .80 miles

Tectrix Upright bike 5 minutes - 1.93 miles

Precor EFX 546 5 minutes - .95 miles

TOTAL MILES 15 MINUTES - 3.68 miles

Little Extras: I  got a good 25 minutes of tanning in tonight, but I covered call at the Hospital and got called in to Xray an elbow.  As a result I did not get to practice my posing.  I also did not take my GABA as it makes me sleep too good.  That is a bad thing when on call.  I took my EFAs with my Amino Acids at 1:00am
