Thursday 5/22/08 - 7 1/2 weeks from INBF Capital City Naturals
I showed up this morning to Healthy Bodies right on time at 4:30am and no client. As it turns out, she e-mailed me later and told me she fell back asleep, is burnt out, and will be taking next week off. Then I checked my messages and my 9:00am client left a message that he would be canceling his session as well. Says he would be out of town next week and that it did not make sense to him to just workout 1 day, then be gone. It was work, but I empathized, tried to look at the postive side and used the time to clean the gym and say my prayers. Tom hit the gym right at 5:30am and we started training arms. Once again I met my goal of moving slightly heavier wieght on most of my exercises. As long as I can get 3 - 4 reps on my own I keep it the same weight. As soon as I get 6 or more on my own though, I go up.

3:30pm - 1/2 Nytro Pro, Caffiene free Tea, 1 CLA, 2 Dymetadrine, 2 BETA-X, 5g Creatine
5:00pm - Oatmeal Pancake and 1/2 Cap Xocai Healthy Chocolate Syrup
6:45pm - 1 cup Trader Joes Nonfat COttage Cheese, 5g creatine
9:00pm - 3 large carrotts, 5 oz chicken, large bowl CA Blend veggies, 2 Myod, 1CLA 5g GABA
Totals: 1829 Calories, 300g Pro, 157.5g Carb, 17g Fat
Cardio:I put together an "Extreme Treadmill Challenge" based on the HIC Treadmill challenge found at www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ss20.htm. I just made it a little more extreme. I did each station for 1 minute for a total of a 20 minute workout

Extras: I put on a good slathering of Hemp Moisturizing lotion on this morning after our arms workout to keep my skin moist. Tanning is essential to bringing out the defenition on stage under the bright lights. Today is the second day in a row of tanning as I tanned just before picking up my son at 11:30am
