Sunday 6/1/08 - 6 weeks to INBF Capital City Naturals

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!  I moved heavier weight than last week in all of my exercises.  Today were 4 strong today as Tom brought his girlfriend Melissa and a member of hour Kettlebell club Billy worked out with us this morning.  Again we had the gym to ourselves which allowed us to play the meanest music we wanted to, yell and scream, and do whatever we wanted to get a great workout. I had to get to church by 8:30am so in order to get my meals in on time, I had to step out in the middle of mass and drink down my Nytro Pro.

Training: Back

Deadlifts - 350lbs 1×5, 2×5, Last week-345lbs 1×6, 1×5, 1×8

V-bar low cable rows - 222lbs 2×6 reps, , Last week 220lbs 2×6 reps

V-bar Pull ups - 82lbs 1×5, 1×6, Last week 72lbs 2×6

One arm dumbbell rows - 105lbs x 20, last week 105lbs x 15 reps 

Nutrition: All pre and post workout meal on time.

3:30am - 6 BCAA 4500

5:45am - 1 Xocai Chocolate Power Square, 2 dymetadrine Extreme

6:15am - 1 Scoop VP2, 1/2 Scoop Creatine HSC, 2g Micronized Creatine, 5g GL3, 2 BetaX

7:45am - 1 Scoop VP2, 1/2 Scoop Creatine HSC, 2g Micronized Creatine

8:15am - 1 cup egg beaters, 2.1oz red potato

8:45am - NytroPro 40

10:45am - 1 Scoop VP2 and 1/2 cup pure pumpkin, 1g Beta-Alanine, 1 CLA, 2 MYO-D

12:45pm - 5oz Raw Brocolli, Salsa, Butter Spray, 5 oz Chicken

2:45pm - 1/2 cup Trader Joes Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 1 scoop VP2, Caffeine free tea 

4:45pm - 1/2 Nytro Pro, 1 CLA, 2 Beta X , 2 DX

6:15pm - 1 cup Trader Joes Nonfat Cottage Cheese

8:00pm - Oatmeal Pancake 1/4 cup pure pumpkin

9:30pm - 5 oz chicken, 5 oz brocolli, Salsa, Butter Spray, Caffeine free tea, 5g Gaba, BetaX

Totals: Calories 1759 - 293g Pro - 147.5g carb - 14.5g fat - 24g fiber

Cardio:  No rest for the wicked.  My calves are sore from yesterdays posing class, and my back is sore from this mornings workout, but I don’t have any time to waste.  The wife wanted to run again so we headed back to the highschool track.  I ran a mile, but it was a slower time than I expected.  I completed 3 laps in 5:16 and 4 laps in 7:10.  I am thinking I must have ran 3 laps the day I did it by myself and though I did four.  My calves were so sore and tight when we got done that I could barley walk.

Little Extras:  I went and tanned for 25 minutes today right after church.  Another little extra is how easily I am consuming greater than 2 gallons of water every day.  With the ice in my Nytro Pro and other shakes, I am probably getting close to three gallons a day.  At least 2 that I know for sure becuase I measure them out and make all my shakes, tea, and coffee from those containers.
