Saturday 6/7/08 - 5 weeks to INBF Capital City Naturals
Last night was a WEIRD night. After having a great day and a great cardio I went to tan and someone was using the bed. That is unusual because I have a key to the salon and it was closed. I did not see any cars in the parking lot, much less anyone I knew. I called it a day and went home. As I was making my food and taking my supplements, I was just kind of bummed out. Gas is going up, my deposits are dismal, it seems the economy is going to shit and there is nothing I can do about it. I guess the negative energy must have overcome the circumstances. I did not have enough chicken for my last meal so I used egg beaters to make up the difference. Then I went to take my creatine and I dumped it all down the front of me. I accidentally took my Myo - D which I have been taking in the middle of the night. Then I could not go to sleep for the life of me. Usually I pass right out, but my mind seemed like it was traveling 1,000,000 miles an hour. The wife was partying at the local bar, I was thinking about the economy, and there I lay awake. Just as I was drifting to sleep the phone rings. I don’t answer, I am tired and I just want to go to sleep. Just start drifting off and there it rings again. It is my father-in-law. I am barely co-herent, and he is babling about something with their car. I tell him to call Jamie. 10 minutes later he calls again, he can’t reach Jamie and either can I. She is in a noisy bar and she cant hear her phone. Call her tomorrow. 20 minutes later, Jamie calls, she wants to leave but a friend who she is driving wont leave. Weird….weird night. I finally fall asleep about midnight.

I like to try and save a meal in case I get called in the middle of the night. It did not happen so when I got up to take my midnight pee, I went out and ate a few bites of cottage cheese. It was probably a 1/2 cup.
Cardio: We had company come from fairfeild today and after spending most of the evening at the hospital and visiting, I did not get an evening cardio session. I practiced my posing by doing 10 x 10s with chest and Back, Quads and Hams, Biceps and Triceps, the held all my mandatory poses for 60 seconds and went to bed.
Little Extras: I spent some time working on the house today and got some natural sun on my shoulders. I am actually a little sunburnt up around my clavicles. I need to keep busy these last few days as my energy is low, and I hate waiting for my next meal. Today was tough. I was literally dragging my ass around the hospital all day. It was a chore to pick my feet up with every step. I needed to do it though and I made it no problemo.
