Saturday 5/24/2008-7 Weeks to INBF Capital City Naturals
Training: Even with the change in schedule, Saturdays remain our Russian Kettle Bell workout. It was raining hard this morning so we had to finish "The Grad Challenge" indoors. We just went back and forth accross the gym until we completed 3 minutes. We kept an unreal pace this monring. It usually takes us just short of 40 minutes to get to the Grad Challenge when we head outside. Today we were doing the Grad Challenge in 30 minutes ans we were dune in 36 minutes. I could feel tha ballistic pace we were keeping too, what a workout.

12:00pm - 3 large heads brocolli, 5.5 oz chicken, 1cup tomatoes, butter spray, 1cup mushrooms, 1CLA, 6BCAA, 2Dymetadrine
3:00pm - 1/2 Nytro Pro, 1/2 cap Xocai Healthy Choc syrup
5:00pm - 1 Cup Trader Joes nonfat cottage cheese
6:38pm - 1 scoop VP2 and 1/2 cup Trader Joes nonfat greek yogurt
8:40pm - Low carb wrap, 3.5oz Chicken, Lettuce, Salsa and Butter Spray
10:30pm - Oatmeal Pancake (1/4 cup Oats, 4 egg whites)
Totals: 1804 Calories, 294g Pro, 157.5g Carb, 17g Fat
Cardio: I needed to go to the gym and get my car so I rode my bike to go get it. While I was there I did 54 Snatches with the 52lb Kettlebell, then dropped to the 44lb Kettlebell and did 20 more snatches.
Extras: I tanned for 30 minutes today. I spent the evening in Reno with the Guys watching UFC 83. It was motivating to see BJ Penn beat Sean Sherk for the light weight title. I can’t wait to train back tomorrow now.
