Monday 6/9/08 - 5 weeks to INBF Capital City Naturals
I cant believe it. I AM SICK!!! This came out of no where. I must have caught something from the sick people at work. I was fine when I went to bed, then I woke up at my usual time, 1:30am, to pee. I had my cottage cheese from yesterday and as I started to lay back down I let out a cough and my throught hurt like hell. Then I just layed awake with my nose running, throught sore, and letting out a little cough now and again. I got up and 2:45 thinking it must be about time to go. I took 2 zinc lozenges, sucked down a bunch of water and went back to bed. Then to add insult to injury, the hospital called me into work at 3:20am right when I was falling back to sleep. I am back from my call and it is now 4:30am. I think I am going to close my eyes and try to get some sleep before going in.

I felt as weak as a kitten this morning and managed a pretty decent workout. It is time to change up the routine so this is my new delt routine, tomorrow I will have a new arm routine. Then I will take the rest of the week off to fill up on food for this weekends show in Reno.
Nutrition: This week I am making a 60 calorie cut in the form of 1/2 a cup of egg beaters from my 1/2 hour post workout meal. It is really only 2 days that I will be doing this, then I start loading up.

9:15pm - 5 oz brocolli, 5 oz chicken, salsa and butter spray

We spent the day in Reno today loading up on supplies for the show this weekend. All my meals were on time, but I did not take my supplements with me. I completely forgot to take them until 8:30pm. Better late than never I suppose, but I can’t get away with doing that very many times!
Cardio: My ass was dragging BIG TIME! But I managed a big smile and a cheery disposition and we had a good step aerobics class tonight. 35 minutes door to door.
Little Extras: I practiced my posing tonight for about 35 minutes. I started out on my deck where it was nice and cool. Then the damn mosquitos came out and started eating me so I had to move it back inside. I turned on the AC because I was getting hot!! I held all my poses for 40 seconds and held the front relaxed pose between each pose for 40 seconds.
