Monday 5/19/08 - 8 weeks from INBF Capital City Naturals
Wow!! What a way to start the week. I was called in at 3:45am to do a Cat Scan. Why even go back to bed? I got my stuff together and headed in.We start our new workout rotation today and I hit the gym right at 5:00am. I will do a Kettlebell workouts on our off days for the energy expenditure. Today was kind of free style since I have not make a workout schedule for these days yet. I do know that they will include a heavy dose of Snatches though. I need to do 52 Snatches with the 24kg Kettlebell so I want to be able to do no less than 60. So that is exactly how I will start every off day.
Training:Kettlebell
Snatch - 54 reps 52lb
One arm chest press - 31 reps each arm 36lb
Turkish Get ups -8 reps each side 36lb
Elevated Squat Pull to a Kettle bell Squat - 12 reps 44lb
Nutrition: All pre and post workout meals and supplements on time.

4:00am - 1 Xocai Chocolate Power Square, 2 Dymetadrine Extreme, Black Coffee
5:00am - 1 Scoop VP2, 1/2 Scoop Creatine HSC, 2g Micronized Creatine, 5g GL3, 2 BetaX
6:00am - 1 Scoop VP2, 1/2 Scoop Creatine HSC, 2g Micronized Creatine
7:00am - Oatmeal Pancake(1/4 cups oats, 4 egg whites)1/2 cap Xocai Active Chocolate Syrup
7:30am - NytroPro 40, 2 Caps Myo-D, 1 Cap CLA
9:00am - 1 Scoop VP2, 1/2 cup pure pumpkin with butter spray and Splenda, 2g Beta Alanine
11:00am - 1/2 cup Trader Joes Greek Yogurt, 1 Scoop VP2
