Wow!!  What a way to start the week.  I was called in at 3:45am to do a Cat Scan.  Why even go back to bed?  I got my stuff together and headed in.We start our new workout rotation today and I hit the gym right at 5:00am.  I will do a Kettlebell workouts on our off days for the energy expenditure.  Today was kind of free style since I have not make a workout schedule for these days yet.  I do know that they will include a heavy dose of Snatches though.  I need to do 52 Snatches with the 24kg Kettlebell so I want to be able to do no less than 60.  So that is exactly how I will start every off day.

Training:Kettlebell

Snatch - 54 reps 52lb

One arm chest press - 31 reps each arm 36lb

Turkish Get ups -8 reps each side 36lb

Elevated Squat Pull to a Kettle bell Squat - 12 reps 44lb

Nutrition: All pre and post workout meals and supplements on time.

1:00am - 6 BCAA 4500

4:00am - 1 Xocai Chocolate Power Square,  2 Dymetadrine Extreme, Black Coffee

5:00am - 1 Scoop VP2, 1/2 Scoop Creatine HSC, 2g Micronized Creatine, 5g GL3, 2 BetaX

6:00am - 1 Scoop VP2, 1/2 Scoop Creatine HSC, 2g Micronized Creatine

7:00am - Oatmeal Pancake(1/4 cups oats, 4 egg whites)1/2 cap Xocai Active Chocolate Syrup

7:30am - NytroPro 40, 2 Caps Myo-D, 1 Cap CLA

9:00am - 1 Scoop VP2, 1/2 cup pure pumpkin with butter spray and Splenda, 2g Beta Alanine

11:00am - 1/2 cup Trader Joes Greek Yogurt, 1 Scoop VP2

1:00pm - 2 Large Carrots, 1 sm head broccolli, 5 oz chicken, low carb wrap, salsa
3:00pm - 1/2 Nytro Pro 40
5:00pm - 1 cup egg beaters, 2.1 oz potato
7:00pm - 1 cup Trader Joes nonfat cottage cheese
9:15pm - 2 large carrots, large bowl of broccoli, 5 oz chicken, 5g GABA, 2 Caps Myo-D, 1 Cap CLA
Totals:  1829 Calories, 300g Pro, 157.5g Carb, 17g Fat
Cardio: We had a good step aerobics class this evening at 6:00pm.  I made it a little tougher than usual by putting a little more jump into my steps.
