I woke up feeling pretty darn good this morning. Throat feels good, no coughing at all, nose is pretty clear, and I got a good nights sleep with the exception of waking up at 2am for a feeding. Last day of eating up before tomorrows show in Reno/Tahoe.

Little Extras: I got some extra activity today to get all the carbs moving that I have been taking in. I would hardly call it a workout, but here it is none the less.
