					<description>Curious to hear what you think about my thoughts...i think you could gained much more strength in your isolated bicep curl if you focused on strength training as opposed to body building...Everything in life has a trade off...if you want to focus on strength then you gotta give up body building training and vice versa...when you try to do both one takes away from the other so results will come but slower...my answer would to divide your training into phases...strength training to you reach a projected weight...followed by bodybuilding till you reach a particular body image goal...something like that...i would try to find the most efficient way of doing things first...for example you can read and comprehend a book in 2 mins i can do the same in an hour...i can do it but you do it much more efficiently than me...thanks for your time...</description>
