Wed. 7/30/08 - 10 days to INBF Washington State Naturals
We leave tomorrow for RKC camp and I am about 3/4 done with preparing all my food for the trip. The invited me to an extra workout on Sunday during out lunch and I am going for it. I had planned on going back on my regular nutrition menu on Sunday as we are not working out as much. With this extra workout though, I figure I can stick to the same menu with the increased energy expenditure and not have to think about another menu.
I have been preparing my potatos for the INBF show and I am about 1/2 way done. My hope is to have about 30 of the 50 bags made and I am at 23 right now. That will make next weeka a little less stressfull. Today, bisides good workouts, lots of energy expediture, and obviously packing for tomorrows trip, my focus is to get in the sun for about 90 minutes.

Damn this was a good workout. Ron could not make it, but God was watching out for me and sent Billy in just in time to workout. We partnered up and had a great workout. Before Billy came in I warmed up and did a total of 100 see saw presses with the 44lb kettle bells. This is one of the tests I have to pass this weekend. Walking style the length of a football field. I have been practicing for months so I should be ready.
